McLellan Style Us Session – Grand Canyon and Phoenix, AZ

Newlyweds, dear friends, and fellow photographers Chris and Adrienne asked if we would do an Us Session with them after their wedding in December.  Since we were going to be in Phoenix for a convention anyway, we capitalized on the opportunity and set up an amazing shoot with them while we were there.  I never laugh harder than I do when we're with these guys!  They are just so incredibly funny!  We had the best time photographing them and I'm really really excited about the results!  Chris and Adrienne - I think you've hit the refresh button on our blog long enough don't you? ;)  Hope you enjoy them! I've always thought of the Grand Canyon as being in the hot desert but there was a good foot of snow on the ground up there!  One from Sean...

McLellans take 2008 DWF/Finao Photographer of the Year Award

We had a fantastic time at the DWF convention this year.  It was great to see all of our photographer friends from all over the world, we miss you already!  It was also great to meet many new faces. I'm ridiculously proud of my beautiful wife right now:  Mel was awarded 2008 DWF/Finao Photographer of the Year! They even gave her a snazzy crystal trophy, which I have photographed for your viewing pleasure.

Out of the Office

We will be in Phoenix, Arizona for the Digital Wedding Forum Convention from January 10th through the 17th.  While we're there, we'll be doing mentoring sessions with other photographers, attending classes to hopefully learn a thing or two ourselves, and ending the week with a shoot in the Grand Canyon.  It should be an amazing trip!  If you'll be there too, come say hi!  If you need to reach us while we're away, please leave a message on the office phone stating the urgency of a quick reply.  Otherwise, please feel free to shoot over an email or leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you when we return to the office on the 19th.  We appreciate your patience while we're out of town!  Have a great week! - Mel and Sean
