Thought I’d share one of our latest food fascinations. These little pizzas are one of the best things you will ever put in your mouth and they are so quick and easy to make!

Here’s what you do:

Spread “Sundried Tomato-Pesto” on pita bread. Top with (in this order) spinach leaves, tomato slices, feta cheese crumbles, and grated parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees until warm and serve. See? I told you it was easy! They’re not half bad for you either which is a huge plus in the McLellan house! Enjoy!
