Congratulations to Janel and Evan!

So, after driving through the night from Florida, we arrived back home at 6am, grabbed a few hours sleep and headed to Janel and Evan's wedding at Traveller's Rest. The ceremony took place in the garden and everything had a great vintage, Audrey Hepburn feel. Franklin Flowers and Gifts did a great job with all of the floral arrangements. All of the girls had their hair done by Mary Hargrove of Brides by Mary. Everything was just beautiful!

Everyone feasted on a delicious pasta buffet provided by Joyful Creations Catering and Janel's mom made the best carrot cake I've ever tasted in my life!

Beautiful speeches were given by Ryan and Hanni...

I guess this is what happens when you remove your new wife's garter and throw a few dollar bills in her lap! :)

A great night of musical entertainment was provided by DJ Doug Griffin

The couple exited in a beautiful Rolls Royce from Viva Valet...

Janel, we've known each other for so long now and it was such an honor and a pleasure to spend your wedding day with you and Evan. We hope you enjoy your pictures and that you will be able to relive this day each time you look at them.

Amy and Scott are Married!

It was a crazy weekend! We drove down to Pensacola, FL for Amy and Scott's Saturday wedding. The weather was gorgeous, everyone was so fun and relaxed, and we got to photograph barefoot on the beach!

What a wonderful day! Thanks for taking us along guys! We had a blast!

Meagan and Claes’ Engagement Session

Yesterday we drove out to Cades Cove near Gatlinburg, TN for an engagement session with Meagan and Claes. Engagement sessions make such a difference in the overall feel of the wedding-day photos! The couples are always so much more relaxed and we have a much better idea of how to work with them from behind the camera. We'll be photographing Meagan and Claes' wedding next week in North Carolina and we were so glad to have the opportunity to meet them before the big day! They are so obviously crazy about each other and so cute! Here's a little preview of their session:

And now we're off to Florida for Scott and Amy's wedding on Saturday, closely followed by Janel and Evan's wedding on Sunday in Nashville. It's going to be a busy busy weekend! Bye for now!
