For Halloween last night Aspen and I made Audrey a ladybug and toted her around the neighborhood. She was so cute!! You might even say she was as cute as a bug. :)
Sean wanted to join in the dress up activities too so he made Wellington into a Mummy - well sort of.
Thanks to Shannon for having hot pizza ready for us when we got home - yum! After last night I think I should officially go on a diet until Thanksgiving at least. We took too great an advantage of the fact that Audrey doesn't notice when we dig in her candy bag - we're saving her teeth - really.
The fall season has officially come to an end with Andrea and Josh's wedding. They were married at the Nolensville First United Methodist Church by Pastor Randall Jackson. What a sweet couple and a fun wedding party! Here are a few from the day...
Andrea was such a gorgeous bride...
Her delightful bridesmaids...
We usually run through a few things to get the guys loosened up for pictures but these guys didn't need it - they were so funny!
The handsome groom...
Sean was able to find this great place out of sight during the ceremony where he could get stuff like this -
and a great first kiss shot like this -
Everybody together now...
The dancing married couple -
It was a beautiful sunset!
The reception was held at the Factory in Franklin.
First dance as husband and wife...
Andrea and her dad were so sweet during the father daughter dance - they made you want to cry - they were just so precious!
They really got to a few of the bridesmaids. :)
The flower girl knew every word of "Since You've Been Gone"
She was a real crowd pleaser too!
And then there was the crazy dancing fun brought to us by DJ Durk of Chris Jackson Entertainment.
A final farewell - Josh is especially pleased to be leaving for his honeymoon! :)
So ends another fall rush and now we're off to edit images for what will surely seem like the rest of all time! :) Andrea and Josh - you are a truly beautiful couple and we were honored to share in your day. We hope you've enjoyed the sneak peek and we'll see you soon!
We photographed Kelly and Josh's wedding one year ago on October 1st - I can't believe it's been a year already! On Friday we went out with them for annivisary portraits at Edwin Warner Park. We almost didn't go because it had rained for the past 36 hours or so and there was only supposed to be a 3 hour break before a big storm rolled in. We were afraid it would be too wet for them but Kelly said they weren't afraid of getting dirty so we went for it and I'm so glad we did! The sky was amazing! We had expected a flat blanket of thick gray clouds but the sun made a valiant effort to peek through and the resulting effect of the sunset and the massive storm brewing on the horizon made it one of the most beautiful skies we've ever worked with. As for our couple, you can tell they've done this before. ;)
Kelly's sister Molly joined us for a few...
as did Tootsie and Rosco. :)
Just before the storm hit -
It was so great to see you guys again! Let's hope it storms again next year huh? :)
