Today is mine and Sean's 4th wedding anniversary! It's hard to believe it's been 4 years already and then again, I can't believe it's only been 4 - time is funny that way. Whatever the case, these have been the best 4 years of my life - hands down!
Because Sean and I are complete, mental, workaholics, we are spending the day retouching images and having Racheal and Wes over tonight for their engagement premiere. However, we were in Chattanooga last week on business so we decided to spend the night and celebrate early. If you've not made it to downtown Chattanooga yet, you really should go visit! It's such a beautiful city with a real flair for the arts. We spent the evening wandering around the Bluff View Art District as the sun set and had dinner at Tony's Pasta Shop and Trattoria. It was excellent! We're pretty miserable at taking personal pictures so we did our best to record something of our little trip. That's always interesting - it's so wierd being on the other side of the camera! :)
We get slightly bored in the car - these are our rapping faces:

How could you not love this view?
My lame attempt at glamour...
Ah city light! We really should do another session down here sometime - any takers??
By the way, the majority of these images have been brought to you by the iphone.
Happy anniversary my love! :) Here's to many more!
So, we were across the state on Friday night and then back at home the next morning for Mandy and Kevin's wedding. We had the best luck this past weekend with locations! Mandy and Kevin's church was only 5 minutes from one of our favorite places to shoot so we took them and their wedding party to the historic square for pictures. Once again, our bride was simply too cool and let us take her (and her dress) to these gritty places before the ceremony! :) You guys were great!
I love Mandy's laugh!
Congratulations Mandy and Kevin! We enjoyed spending your wedding day with you and we're so excited for you to see the seriously killer stuff we got of you two and your fabulous gang of misfits! :) Have a great time in Disney World!!
We spent Friday in Morristown (just outside of Knoxville) with Jacqulyn and Brad for their wedding extravaganza! Morristown's historic district has the coolest architecture and the best part is that it's completely unrestored! I kid you not - we get excited about that kind of stuff. :) The back alley of the downtown district just happened to be right across the street from the church and I'm pretty sure the locals thought we were crazy as we drove through looking like a couple of kids who just happened upon their Christmas plunder. :) Haha! Anyway, Jacqulyn and Brad and their whole wedding party were awesome to entertain our whims and walk the streets for an on-site photography session! I am so excited to start retouching this wedding!
This is one of my favorites:
Congratulations you guys! We're so happy for your both and we can't wait to hang out again soon! :)
