Today is the day.  Five years of having the BEST. WIFE. EVER.  Thank you so much for everything, Mel–I love you so much!

We’re still amazed at how quickly the time has gone.  It seems like we were getting married a few months ago, but at the same time, it’s been forever.  We couldn’t be any happier, and are thrilled looking forward to the next five years!

Check out that rad shirt.  “With bump. Not plump.”  Mel was worried about the awkward “is she pregnant, is she not” stage… and one of our brides, upon hearing about her worries was absolutely fantastic and ran out right away and got this shirt for her!  Thank you so much, Claire!

On another note–we have a ton of thank you’s to send out!  All of the comments you leave on our blog are wonderful, and greatly, greatly appreciated.  It really does make our day to hear from everybody out there, and we are over the moon thankful to all of you.  To show our maximum thankfulnessocity*, we’ve got several $10 iTunes gift certificates going out, today.  And many more to come…  Here goes:

We wanted to try something new at Jessica & Jason’s wedding.  We brought a 5th camera with us, specifically for shooting a new style of slideshow–or should I say, an old style motion picture?  This is not what we presented to Jessica and Jason for their wedding images, so everyone gets a surprise today!

Everybody who knows us is more than aware of how insanely busy we’ve been for the past two years. Our business was fairly successful from the start, but a couple of years ago it absolutely exploded, for which we thank all of our absolutely fantastic clients. It’s been a lot of work staying on top of things, but what nobody knew is that in addition, we’ve also been working hard so we could get ahead of the game and slow things down enough so that we could start our family!

It’s true — the McLellan household will soon be a party of three! We could not be more thrilled!

It seems like everybody has a strong feeling about babies and their gender, but we have absolutely no idea either way!
