Amanda wanted an engagement session with Old South flair so we traipsed around the countryside to find the perfect southern settings! I love shooting in urban areas but rural shoots conjure up reminiscences from my childhood which makes them so fun and nostalgic! Amanda and Rory, you guys were great! Thanks so much! We had the pleasure to teaching a promising young photographer a couple of weekends ago and Marcia and Cade were our gracious and gorgeous models for the shooting portion! Thank you guys so much! You were great! :0) Here are a few of the resulting images – hope you enjoy them!

Ok so I know it’s supposed to be “This is Us Thursday”, but I’m running a bit behind this week on the blogging front! Here are some of our personal images from the Iceland trip. Funny how many more of these there are from this trip as opposed to others in the past. In case you didn’t catch our previous Iceland posts, Sean and I recently visited this beautiful country with Josh and Ting for an amazing multiple day shoot to celebrate their marriage! Sean’s grandparents came along with us to help with Seven and we could not have done it without them! Thank you!! The trip was fantastic and we feel fortunate to have gained two new friends along the way. :0) Some of the photos below were created by Josh, a talented photographer in his own right.
