Nashville Modern Portraits – My Best Friend's Babies :)
On Saturday we got together with Jon and Rachel and the girlies to commemorate Lauren’s 3rd year and Evie’s 6 month milestone. I seriously cannot believe that Evie is already 6 months old! Last year absolutely flew – I’m feeling so old!
My favorite part of photographing young siblings is the look on the younger ones’ faces. They’re either resigned to torture or afraid of being killed. After 6 months of living with a 3 year old, Evie’s pretty resigned. :o)
Lauren is pretty sure that she is a real live princess! She would love nothing more than to be able to wear only princess dresses every day…
We ended up in historic Franklin for the shoot and I am so proud of Rachel! She cringed but she let me put her baby on an entry way floor….after she wiped it down thoroughly with baby wipes but still! :o) This is Evie’s new trick…
And one more of Princess Lauren that I love. :o)
Happy Weekend Everybody! :o)
i want a baby! :)

Sticky – do you see the twitter feed? i-robot has won us over due to their best sales-people – Sticky and Brandy! haha! Hey D and K – how are you guys anyway? How is the kitchen renovation coming along? Thanks by the way!
seriously? is there anything you two CAN’T shoot?
replaced the microwave and the stove finally :o) lovin your latest textures. are they mclellan specials?
haha – well Chris to be honest kids are a bit of a challenge. Sean and I don’t usually move that quickly! :o) Yay for the Baxters! You can cook in your house again! Exciting! Also, the textures are all Jesh (Jeshua as I like to call him even though that’s not his name). You really can’t top that man when it comes to textures so why recreate the wheel eh?
We heart Jesh.
your images are beautiful. love how the texture really makes some of them pop.
These are priceless. Absolutely LOVE the princess images….. someday you’ll understand. ;-)
Thanks Lu! Jesh’s textures really are the best! Garrett and Joy – thank you! I think Gracyn needs a princess dress – maybe one with penguins on it though. ;)
Absolutely adorable… looks like you guys had a lot of fun with this shoot! :)
Thanks Mel2! ;) Hope all is well in Jacksonville-town!
