Rachel and JP’s wedding was great! I don’t remember the last time Sean and I went to a wedding as guests and we were almost completely guests for this one. JP has a photographer uncle so we were off the hook with the exception of a few short periods and we got to sit, and eat, and stand in the cake line, and talk to our friends….it was fabulous! :)

Here’s one of the newlyweds from our brief couple’s session during the reception.

Also, we just got a little point and shoot camera a few weeks ago so if you’d like to see the extremely stupid side of McLellan Studio, check out our Facebook Reception Album. Warning: our IQ drops several points around my college friends!

Jennifer and I have been friends since our sophomore year of college and she’s getting married this summer! Yesterday, we took her out to the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in downtown Nashville for her bridal session and it was awesome! We love exploring new places and we’ve never photographed there before so Jen christened the location with us. :) I love these random round windows and thanks to our fabulous light technician-for-the-day, Jen’s mom Glenda! Glenda, you’re hired!

Now we’re off to Johnson City for Rachel and JP’s wedding! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Monday marked engagement session time again and this time, it was Bethany and Larry’s turn. They live in the Bristol, VA area so we hadn’t had the opportunity to meet them before the shoot but that was no trouble at all! These guys are a breeze to photograph and we had the best time! I really like this one Sean snagged while we had them standing on a pile of dirt :)

Thanks you guys! Hope everyone’s day is going great!
